Missed a lot of FOGBees in Spin. Three news items are - 1) Gary is doing such a great job we thought of burning his stuff to CD's for other Spin Leaders to borrow (spinjunkie?). Today was "Classic Rockin Roll." When the FOGBEES spin, the Y rocks. I think we're at 100db with the sound level making waves in the pool from the music, the clapping, and FOGBEES in song. Its not your father's spin class. The light show is soon to follow. 2) Enrolled two more FOGBEES - a tiny lady and a man. Trying to get the female membership up. Don't get to see much of Marilyn & Spinjunkie. 3) We are giving out blognames. We picked "Preying Mantis", "Bad Love", and "Thunderstorm". Guess who?

Thanks for the nice comments on my spin class music. I work hard to keep us entertained. The best praise I got was the lady who came in the class yesterday late (rhonda) and said she had to spin bc she heard the greeat music in the lobby and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I'll keep dj'ing if you guys keep showing up.
Your effort and commitment to our Team is appreciated with Spin and with St. Louis. As everyone takes his/her turn in leading the group, FOGBEE activities become the best in the county and a promotion for cycling.
