The motion to reduce the speed limit on Lower Station Camp Creek Road to 10 mph passed. It remains to be seen how this affects actual traffic. Imagine, a speed limit most of us can exceed on a bike.

David Hardin did the heavy lifting in Public comments. A coin toss decided the one more speaker an I lost.

Actually, Bruce and David did great jobs speaking from the podium in support of County Exec Andy Holt's efforts. Andy was VERY appreciative of the support he got from Tim Morgan, David Hardin, Bruce Day - our orators; Bob Glutting, Tim Nichols, and myself - backups. He met with us both before and after the County Commissioner's meeting to express that he felt that our presence helped pass the resolution by a vote of 21 to 1 (it failed in its previous time on the agenda).
