Party?

SEVERAL FOGBEES HAVE RECENTLY ASKED ME WHEN THE NEXT PARTY WILL BE. ANY PARTY SHOULD BE A "JOINT VENTURE" WITH EVERYONE'S PARTICIPATION ; WOULD EVERYONE NOT AGREE? I AM ASKING ALL THE FOGBEES TO POST HERE ASAP AND LET ME KNOW IF THEY WOULD BE INTERESTED IN A CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS PARTY SOME TIME IN DECEMBER. IT WOULD BE A POT LUCK AND WE WOULD ALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP AND TAKING DOWN. LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS.

We would definitely attend another party and help with set up, clean up, etc. New Years sounds like a good idea.

New Years would be good for us. Christmas is pretty busy with our son being deployed and only being home for a few days during holidays.

The music maestro has beckoned and I agree ... it is time to PAR-TEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!!!

I vote for a MOTOWN theme. Music other than what my 16 year old ( and Doug ) listens to on the I-pod. Perhaps right after the new year and not on New Yr's Eve. How about Jan. 16 or Jan. 30 ? Another option might be Valentines. The romantic sounds of the Spinners or the Drifters and the like would make a swell musical backdrop for you and your honey.

Whatever the case, I'll be your roadie and best grip Gary.

it all sounds pretty good to me. maybe something in later January or February would break the winter doldrums.

I am in, but the only time not good for me is Dec 21 through 25 and New Years Eve.

Gary, I never try to plan these kind of parties over the holidays. People are going in too many directions. I did them in January. Here is a thought - How about a BIG Super-bowl party?

I'm up for a party. A date in December sounds too tough although I'd love to have a New Year's Eve bash. Any time after that is open on my calendar. :-)

I like the Super-bowl idea.

I also like the Super Bowl idea. I normally go to WA for the holidays.

I like the Super Bowl idea, it's right around my B'day, so I can really get down and let me wifey drive me home. Depends on the date thought if I can come. If I do come I'm down with helping set up, tear down and bring food.
