Gary W. Update

Talk to Gary and Lucy live: Download the “House Party” app to your phone, iPad or computer and talk to Gary and or Lucy along with other Fogbees using this free app, it’s a lot of fun and an easy way to social distance.
April 15, 202: Gary had procedure yesterday to open up kidney blockage from radiation treatments. Feeling rough today.  However, overall news good in that blood tumor markers are down.

April 2nd, 2020: Bad day.  Gary not feeling well. Pain in left side.  Had to get chest xray and just got home. No results on X-ray yet.
March 31st 2020: Visited Gary and Lucy today, he had just had a chemo treatment and was feeling well, he will have labs next week and then chemo again in two weeks. He is in good spirits and looking forward to getting out. He misses everyone and hopes all is well, he would love to hear from you so please give him a call.
March 28th: Had a good conversation with Gary tonight (and Lucy) he sounded really good and felt good. He has officially retired his law practice and is looking forward to riding with the weekday riders soon. He and Lucy took a drive today in his truck to the local Kroger (no he did not get out) and was sitting on the patio and had just fed his pet donkeys. He did have a blood transfusion on Thursday as his red blood cell count was 6 and normal is 30. Hoping his body will start producing red blood cells and he is feeling very optimistic, if he continues this trend he will have another chemo treatment on Thursday of this week. He would love to hear from his Fogbee friends...please call him 615-943-2606

Biking in the Coronavirus Era

Why riding a bike is a good idea in the Coronavirus Era

In the short, medium, and long term, it makes good sense to ride a bike. While social distancing is being recommended to help contain the spread of Covid-19, bike riding provides us with multiple benefits.

I've put the lights back up

Hey Fogbee friends,
"Doc" Boone Shine Family Christmas lights has put the (covid-19) lights back up with a few songs to help brighten the mood.  If you have cabin fever and need something to do feel free to swing by the house.  Show runs from 7:30pm to 9:30pm daily.  Maybe longer on the weekends.
