Problematic Kentucky Bicycle Laws

Since we ride frequently in Kentucky, it is advisable to be aware that Kentucky laws regarding bicyclists on highways are considerably different than those in Tennessee.  A current legal action reported by the League of American Bicyclist explains the problems.
