St Louis

AUGUST 2010

A very popular bike trip that some of the FOGBEES took in 2008. The Great MCT Trails (converted railroad tracks to bike trails) are only 4.5 hours from here.  We would be about 20 miles from St. Louis and the home of one of the greatest bike trails in the country.

This ride is perfect for LITE/MEDIUM/FAST riders. It's flat as a pancake and there are dozens of different trail rides for everyone to enjoy.

Car pooling should be no problem. There have been lots of FOGBEES who have been interested in an out-of-state ride that is close, fun, not demanding (flat), with great scenery, accommodations, food, and doesn't cost too much. The area has plenty of places to shop and to hydrate.
