Alternate Saturday Route, 6/25/26

For those of you looking for a less challenging ride, due to the heat and high dew point, than the ride from Dave's Station Camp High School below, a number of us are going to ride from The Farm at 7:30AM.  If you have not been here, the address is 923 Tyree Springs Rd., White House.

See you on the road,

17th Annual HEAT Kid’s Triathlon

Saturday, August 6th, 7:00am
At the Sumner County YMCA

Hello friends!

If you’re reading this, you are on my ROCKSTAR Volunteer list! YOU Volunteered for one or more of our HEAT Kid’s Triathlons over the years! You know you’re GOOD when you get invited back to do it again! It’s only a few hours of helping keep these budding athletes safe and injury free while they Swim, Bike and Run to the FINISH LINE! These kids are the future of the sport we love and now it’s time once again to give back and to encourage our youth to embrace a healthy lifestyle!

It’s takes 50+ Volunteers to pull this off every year! WE NEED YOU!

If you are available to serve as a course Volunteer please reply to JUST ME on this email and let me know if you want the same spot you had last year or if you’d like a different spot.

Thank you all!

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

DATE CHANGE for the Red Boiling Springs 2022 Fall Ride (Updated June 20, 2022)

Due to a few conflicts we have moved up the Red Boiling Springs Fall Ride to October 21st, 22nd, 23rd. We will again stay at the Armour's  Hotel B&B with the new owners Mark and Kally Efros. They have a few less rooms than years past and I currently have 7 confirmed. If these dates work for you and your spouse/friend want to join us , please let me know. Also this is planned as a 3 day ride; Friday ride to RBS, Saturday local routes, Sunday back to Gallatin. You do not have to ride all three days, there will also be an option/route to start and finish in Hartsville. It is a lot of fun staying at the Armour's and socializing after the rides, wives and significant others are invited to attend.
More details as we get closer, but wanted to get this date change out as soon as possible.

Shake, Ride and Roll 2022

An ok turn out from the Fogbees in Auburn KY for the Shaker ride sponsored by the BGLOB’s. Several of them came down for the P4P in April and they were happy to see us for their Shaker ride. Myself, Mike K, John and Cindy C, Chris M and Tony the Tiger, all made the 50 miler thru some beautiful Logan and Simpson County KY farm land. Several of the SLR were also present and enjoyed the 50 mile route.Hung out under the shade tree after the ride for a few beverages before heading home.
