Hello Fogger spin junkies.
Back by popular demand is our YMCA spin class.
Starting tomorrow at 6:30 pm.
We spin Tuesday and Thursday night and Saturday if the weather is bad at 10 am. It's a great way to beat the winter blues and stay in shape for next year's riding season. See you there. By the way if you have BC/BS insurance you can join for 29.00 per month. !
