If you haven't signed up and are going to ride, Please review the following. We are looking forward to a fun and Safe Ride that the group and community will enjoy! If possible please remember to bring an unwrapped toy for age 12 and under for our Santa Cop Charity.

3. The Ride leader is Mike Knake and Sherry on the Tandem bike.
5. You should have appropriate riding lights (headlight and Tail light for night riding in addition to your decorative lights.
6. Ride single file, keeping a safe distance between bicycles.
7. Although we have a police escort, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THE RIDE INCLUDING MAKING LEFT HAND TURNS WITH POLICE PRESENCE TO PROTECT AGAINST ONCOMING TRAFFIC!! (Car Drivers Don’t always follow police instruction!)
8. Follow all instructions of the leader, sweep and parade marshals. Please be prepared to arrive and leave stops TOGETHER.
9. Feel free to be an elf and bring candy to give to the Christmas Shoppers and kids. Santa will be handing out candy for sure.
10. STOPS ARE STOPS Riding around parking lots creates hazardous conditions for riders and shoppers.
We have been requested not to circle parking lots. Refer to the map for the amount of time that we will stop at each stop. We need to limit the stops to the allotted time.
11. If you have a mechanical problem (Flat Tire, broken cables, broken spokes etc.) that can not be fixed in under a minute, please leave the parade. At this point you will be on your own. Once repaired, you can rejoin the ride at the next stop or if unable to repair and you don’t have family to pick you up, please enter Doug Depew’s cell phone in your phone 615-604-0759 and call and request a pick up.
ABOVE ALL HAVE FUN with your ride, candy and lights. If you have never done this, the public reaction is always positive. Remember to BE SAFE!
See you all at CASA VIEJA 711 E. Main after the ride, that is about a mile to the right on Gallatin Road out of the Bluegrass Bar parking lot. It is across from the MAPCO that is near the bypass. Request the GLASS ROOM for FOGBEES.
2015 CHRISTMAS LIGHTS RIDE
We have met with the Hendersonville Police Department who will escort us. We have agreed on a total time of 2 hours from leaving to returning so please keep the time
limits indicated on the stops. HPD and the coordinators have the following guidelines and organization that we request you follow:
1. Please Arrive early so you have your wheels down and ready for any additional instruction by 5:15.2. Ride starts promptly at 5:30.

- Bruce Day with Music and tree in third Place
- Bob Glutting is in last place and is the sweep
- Phil Vickery and Marsha Depew are parade Marshals
