HB1650--SB1716 is on the Transportation Sub-Committee's agenda this Wednesday, 2/17/16. As pointed out by coastdownhills on his post, Another Anti Bicycle Bill, this bill would prohibit gas tax revenue from funding non-vehicular facilities.
