Hi All. I just wanted to check and see if anyone has found a winter strength, condition & endurance workout program that they like and use? If it comes in an app would be perfect. I'm trying to stay off the couch this winter and I'm looking for a workout routine. TIA for any help you can offer. 🏋 🏋 🚴 🚴

A Smart trainer of some kind, there are used ones out there. I prefer Wahoo products. Then try several of the apps on the market. Most have a free trial period, that way you can decide which is the one for you. I use and like Fulgaz because it uses real bike ride video, 1500 rides in 40 countries, 4 k video quality, and more.
