WHAT TO KNOW

When and where the rides start and end.

All rides start from Gallatin Civic Center. The 30-mile, 45-mile, and 62-mile riders are led at 8:00 AM by the Gallatin Police. After these groups, the 14-mile riders have a special leader along greenway trail on Triple Creek Park.

Parking is at the Civic Center. 

All riders are advised to return through Triple Creek Park trails back to the Gallatin Civic Center.

The event ends at 3:00 PM. 

The price

Participants may early register with Active.com or at the early packet pick up for $45 before mid-night April 26th.

On the day April 27th, the price is $50. We can accept major credit cards but prefer checks and cash.

At Yazoo and Bikers Choice, adult registrants get one free beer.  At Double Dogs, registrants get a five dollar coupon that can be used that night.

All participants may register and pick up packets on the the day of the event at Gallatin Civic Center.

Route security.

Police, county sheriffs, emergency radio personnel, and support mechanics travel at the start and along the routes. In case of emergency, participants may contact the call numbers on wrist arm bands.  

Food and drinks during and after the ride

Our four Rest Stops have snacks, water, and juice-type drinks. At the end of the ride, participants may enjoy a complementary light meal, soft drinks, and beer for the adults. 

All our Rest Stops have available portable restrooms.

Route navigation

Each route has maps, cue sheets, GPX files, and RideWithGPS. All our traveled roads have special colored arrows marking directions. In addition, some navigation directions have vertical signs.
