We are TWO WEEKS away
from our Annual HEAT Kids Triathlon!
Saturday, August 6.
I need 50 bike/run course VOLUNTEERS to help keep our kids safe and moving. This year Volunteers get a free "kids tri" T-shirt, ice cold drinks and an unlimited supply of warm fuzzies for keeping our young athletes safe!
Event: HEAT Kids Triathlon
When: Saturday morning, August 6
Where: Sumner County YMCA
Volunteer Check-In: 6Am at Volunteer HEAT tent by Transition Area
Expect to be at assigned places by 6:45am
Race begins: 7am

I signed up last night. This is a great way to have a positive impact in the community. Last year on one of our group rides I was asked by a guy who was in his standing in his yard if I helped at the Kids Tri. I said yes and the guy thanked me for doing volunteering, and asked if I needed any water. At least there is one person who will not try and run the Fogbees over as we ride the roads of Sumner County.
Sharyn & I volunteer every year to help. We have signed up again.
Sherry and I have signed up. Helping and watching these kids is worth every minute.
