Forgot to post this on our blog but I've text message most of the regular spinners. Our 10th year of spinning begins tonight at 6:20 at the Hendersonville YMCA. Spin is on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:20 p.m. and at 10 a.m. on Saturday if the weather does not permit an outside ride. Hard to believe it's been 10 years. Come join us for some camaraderie and exercise. Gary
