The 10th season of the FOGBEE YMCA SPIN!

Forgot to post this on our blog but I've text message most of the regular spinners. Our 10th year of spinning begins tonight at 6:20 at the Hendersonville YMCA. Spin is on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:20 p.m. and at 10 a.m. on Saturday if the weather does not permit an outside ride. Hard to believe it's been 10 years. Le Ride

LE RIDE follows Phil Keoghan and his friend Ben Cornell as they attempt to recreate the original route of the 1928 Tour de France. Averaging 240km a day for 26 days, Phil and Ben traverse both the unforgiving mountains of the Pyrenees and the Alps, on original vintage steel racing bikes with no gears and marginal brakes.

Red Boiling Springs Oct 21 - 22 (updated 10/17 at 1:34PM)

If your doing the Red Boiling Springs Weekend Ride PLEASE read; if not there is a Saturday option to Hartsville and Back.
Hopefully this will answer some questions and I need some information back as there a few loose ends that need to be tied up. Let me know if I have missed anything or haven't answered a question.

Been to Amsterdam and heard the story of how mothers changed the culture for bicycles. Hendersonville residents crab about traffic.  I know how they can fix the problem. Takes more than talk or synchronizing traffic lights.

Red Boiling Springs Weekend Update

We're about 10 days from our annual get away ride to Red Boiling Springs. If you haven't gotten a room there are still rooms at the Donoho Motel, with this ride later in the year fall foliage should be spectacular and I would hate for anyone to miss this event.
